2、        我们沿街商铺的位于东平县城的最边缘，通过我们的调查，在东平县县城内最繁华的沿街商铺的物业费，有的收取物业费0.3元/平方，有的收取物业费0.5元/平方，最贵的物业费也就是收到0.8元/平方，在整个东平县城内，我们河畔豪庭沿街商铺是最贵的。请领导核实一下。

3、我们多次和物业公司工作人员反映和沟通这个问题，物业服务基本没有，但收费却很高，服务不到位，相对县内其它小区商铺物业费高很多，要求降低物业费。但是，把实际问题反映给物业公司后，他们一直不给答复，服务照样是不到位，几天也不打扫，车辆乱停乱放，不管不问。

4、我们恳请领导，查清真相，还我们公平。现在挣个钱真的很不容易，商户除去自身的房租，再挣个吃饭的钱都很不容易，还有的商户甚至连户租都挣不出来，还要再交上几千元的（实际是没有服务的）物业费，拿什么去交。业主及租户身心都很焦着，物业每天只知道追着要钱，却不提供任何服务，也不考虑业主及租户的死活。
