3、我们多次和物业公司工作人员反映和沟通这个问题，物业服务基本没有，但收费却很高，服务不到位，相对县内其它小区商铺物业费高很多，要求降低物业费。但是，把实际问题反映给物业公司后，他们一直不给答复，服务照样是不到位，几天也不打扫，车辆乱停乱放，不管不问。
